"Why Communicue? Communicue integrates communication as a systemic competence — autonomously prepared, expertly guided, culturally effective."

1

Systemic Integration

Communicue anchors communication as an organizational competence. It is not viewed as an isolated skill, but as an integral part of the business strategy. Behavioral changes are structurally anchored in the corporate culture — measurable, scalable and sustainably effective.

2

No Coaching without Core

Our hybrid model maximizes efficiency by having the theoretical foundation worked through autonomously via the WebLAB. Live time is consistently used for transfer, feedback and impact. Clients invest in targeted transformation, not theory delivery.

3

Global Fluency Bridge

Communicue deliberately operates outside standard norms. The focus is on the ability to assess situations continuously and to shape communication in a context-sensitive, psychologically and physiologically effective manner.

What does "Communicue" actually mean?

The name "Communicue" is a fusion of two words: Communication and Cue. Communication refers to the exchange of meaning between individuals. It is the process through which we interact with one another – whether spoken, written, visual, or physical.

The term Cue is multifaceted:

  • A cue is a sensory input that triggers reactions and guides behavior. This includes acoustic stimuli, visual stimuli, posture, gestures and even chemical stimuli.
  • A cue is also a decisive prompt that allows us to read a situation instantly and take initiative at exactly the right moment.
  • Beyond that, a cue can be a subtle hint. Take up the cue; perceive subtle nuances, interpret them accurately and consciously integrate them into your actions.
